Baltimore 2011 Interview with Blink Creator Max Ink
This was a great Con.
My girlfriend and I helped Max set up and run his booth during this show. We spent an evening walking around Baltimore and had a late night dinner at the Kona Grill - a highly recommended restaurant to check out. Right across from the convention center.
Max just finished up a successful Gallery Show with pages from his entire Blink Series run.
He just finished a successful Kickstarter project and is plugging away (for another four years!) with the entire Blink Series.
Just ignore the AP announcement, we did. MAX INK BLINK!
This is one of the many Interviews that I've done with Max Ink. He had just finished publishing his first Convention and Digest version of the TPB Blink: So Far, which is a collection of all the previous Blink Vignettes. A really Fantastic Read! for a review, check it out here
Max just finished a successful Kickstarter Project to fund the next chapter of his book Wonka Wonka Kochalka (pictured on the left is Max before his Gallery Showing in March 2012)

2009 Mid Ohio Con Interview with Max Ink
Ahhh Max Ink. Look how young an innocent he is. What with his 2008 S.P.A.C.E. Nomination for his Blink vignette (He would later win one for a 2011 Blink short) and his little beard.
He looks well rested and chipper. Very excited about Cerebus TV. Not knowing that in a few years time he would be publishing his TPB of collected vignettes (Blink: So Far) and running a successful kickstarter campaign that would help fuel his drive of a four year voyage (ending in 2016) to finish up his next graphic Novel (Blink: So it goes)
This was my very first metting and interview with Max. Just a really friendly guy. Super nice. Has the heart of a poet and the brush stroke of… well, a poet too, I guess. But Blink is his poetry and well, you get the idea. Poetry metaphor.
